Duck Shooting Game — Shoot the Ducks Before They Fly Away

Duck Shooting is a free duck hunting game in the style of a fairground shooting gallery. Ducks flap up out of the reeds and zigzag across the sky. You have three shells for each wave: aim, shoot and bring them down before they fly away. Hit enough of the ten ducks in a round to move on, and see how many rounds you can clear. It runs in your browser with no download and no signup.

How to Play

  • Shoot: click a duck with the mouse, or tap it on a phone or tablet. On a computer the crosshair follows your mouse.
  • Shells: you get 3 shells for every wave, shown in the bottom left. When they run out, any duck still flying gets away.
  • Waves: one duck flies up at a time in rounds 1 and 2, then two at a time. Each wave only lasts a few seconds.
  • Rounds: every round has 10 ducks. The counter at the bottom right marks each hit and miss, and a line shows how many you need.
  • Game over: if you hit fewer ducks than the round needs, the game ends.

Rounds and Targets

  • Rounds 1–3 — hit 6 of 10.
  • Rounds 4–6 — hit 7 of 10.
  • Rounds 7–9 — hit 8 of 10.
  • Round 10 and later — hit 9 of 10.

Ducks fly faster and the waves get shorter every round.

Points

  • Duck — 500 points in round 1, a quarter more each round after.
  • Golden duck — three times the points. It glows and flies faster.
  • Perfect round — hit all 10 ducks for a 5,000 point bonus.

Tips

  • Shoot early. A duck is slowest and easiest to hit just after it leaves the reeds.
  • Lead fast ducks a little. Aim slightly ahead of where the duck is flying.
  • In two-duck waves, take the closer one first, then use your last shells on the second.
  • Watch for gold. One golden duck is worth three normal ones.
